Fortnightly Sessions

When: Every Tuesday (fortnightly) 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Where: Byards Community Hall, Byards Rd, Happy Valley

Cost: $15 per session

What to Bring: Yoga mat or floor mat, cushion, blanket. Wear comfy clothing. Chairs available if needed.

Sound Bowl Meditation

Immerse yourself in deeply calming, restorative sound bowl meditations held on Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Natasha gently guides you into a meditation before intuitively playing the quartz crystal singing bowls, supporting a reset of the nervous system and reconnecting you to mind, body and soul.
