Where: Byards Community Hall, Byards Rd, Happy Valley
Cost: $15 per session
What to Bring: Yoga mat or floor mat, cushion, blanket. Wear comfy clothing. Chairs available if needed.

Sound Bowl Meditation
Immerse yourself in a deeply calming, restorative sound journey held once a month. Natasha intuitively plays quartz crystal sound bowls to guide you into a meditative state where you can release, reconnect, and reset.
