Find a peaceful pause in your week. These guided sessions are designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with your inner calm—all in a warm, welcoming space.

Weekly Sessions

When: Every Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Where: Byards Community Hall, Byards Rd, Happy Valley

Cost: $15 per session

What to Bring: Yoga mat or floor mat, cushion, blanket. Wear comfy clothing. Chairs available if needed.

Sound Bowl Meditation

Immerse yourself in a deeply calming, restorative sound journey held once a month. Natasha intuitively plays quartz crystal sound bowls to guide you into a meditative state where you can release, reconnect, and reset.
