I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed and disconnected. My own journey of healing from childhood adversity, trauma, and burnout has shaped who I am today—not just as a Holistic Counsellor and Energy Therapist, but as someone who truly understands the depth of emotional pain and the power of transformation. I bring not only professional knowledge but also lived experience, creating a safe, nurturing space where you can be seen, heard, and supported.

Through a heart-centered, integrative approach, I combine holistic counselling with energy-based therapies such as Reiki, Seichim, Mindfulness, and Meditation. I also hold workshops sharing tools and strategies on emotional wellness, employee health and wellbeing, meditation and much more.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, past wounds, or major life transitions, I am here to guide you toward healing, balance, and self-discovery.
